Black presents a lot of black dissonance, which can distort the overall color balance, especially in photos.

I have placed orders for this product several times, but will not do so again. The black 410a ink in my last two orders caused ink to splatter on my various colored documents.

The 410a ink has several defects. Initially, black streaks started appearing on the printed documents, which prompted me to change the cartridges. Then the toner began to leak onto the paper again. So I replaced the entire cartridge with HP branded cartridges. I didn't experience leaks or streaks when using HP. It's worth noting that these cartridges are quite expensive.

I installed it after I bought it back, but after printing 1,000 pages I had to replace it because the print quality was poor - the color was too dark and there were streaks and spots on the page. Printer cartridges report a toner content of 40%. I had no choice but to go back to the HP cartridge.

The black output is poor, the product has been returned through the authorization center, but it needs to be charged again. We nonprofits need cost-effective products that are not available.
